Every business
deserves a fair fight.
Bigello is a marketing and technology studio — one in-house team that builds it, grows it, creates for it, and automates it. We started with a simple frustration: too many good businesses lose, not because their product is worse, but because no one ever gave their website, their ads, or their story a real chance. We exist to even that fight.
Say it out loud. Bigello is “a big ’ello” — a big hello, the way you’d hear it in East London, where the founder lived for a time. It’s a greeting and a promise at once: warm, direct, and pleased to meet you.
That’s the energy we bring to the work. No cold account managers, no jargon wall — a real hello, a quick reply, and a team that treats your business like it matters. Because it does.
Adeel Makhdumi.
A founder who reads the brief in three languages at once — the designer’s, the engineer’s, and the customer’s — and won’t leave a problem unsolved.

Adeel is a rare combination: trained in the arts, incomputer science, and in the social sciences — and genuinely good at sales and customer service on top of it.
London-educated, he learned early that the best work happens where disciplines meet: design that understands code, technology that understands people, and a sales instinct that understands what a business actually needs to hear. It’s why Bigello can take a brief from idea to live product without handing you off between five different vendors.
The résumé wanders on purpose. Twenty-six years of it, all told. Marketing began the old way — copywriting first, then billboard management, then newspaper ads — before the whole discipline moved online and he moved with it. The tech side is self-taught: trained by the people he hired, by YouTube and Coursera, by blogs, shorts, and a lifelong love of books. A seasoned chap with new ideas.
Years inside a space agency — on the people side, not the rocket side — where he read everything the scientists read and wrote articles about what he found. A recruiting background before that, which is why he’s better at building teams than most people who only build teams. And underneath all of it, a storyteller: short stories as a kid, magazine articles later, music as the passion that never left.
He’s backpacked across Europe and East Africa, and he’s the person friends call to untangle a conflict or think through a big decision — good at figuring things out in unfamiliar places, which turns out to be most of what running a studio is. A risk-taker who wants the people around him taking risks too, because that’s where the success stories come from. His view on money: a by-product, not the destination. The journey is the point.
He’s a problem-solver by temperament — the kind who believes everything is possible and that the job is to find the quickest honest way to get there. Off the clock, he’s a judo player; a decent one, if an amateur. It shows in the work: leverage over force, patience over panic, and a respect for the fight itself.
One more thing. As far as the internet can tell, there are only three Adeel Makhdumis in the world. We think that’s unique enough.

- The mission
- Every business deserves a fair fight. Good products lose to better marketing every day — our job is to level that.
- Everything is possible
- We start from yes, then find the quickest honest way to get there. Constraints are a brief, not a wall.
- Honesty is the edge
- No fabricated metrics, no guaranteed-#1 claims. Real numbers, plainly reported — it’s how trust compounds.
- One team, one number
- Build, grow, create and automate under one roof, accountable to the result — not a stack of invoices.
Every craft the work needs.
Not freelancers stitched together for a pitch — a standing, in-house team who’ve worked together for years. A brief can touch every desk and never leave the building.
Built to answer, built to last.
The studio runs on a few habits we don’t compromise on — the ones that make working with us feel calm, fast and dependable, wherever you are.

- The future is the brief. We adopt what works fast, and stay built for whatever comes next.
