Small build.
Big difference.

The feature no plugin sells. The tool your customers keep asking for. For years it was too small to build and too specific to buy — so it never happened. AI changed the maths. We build Micro-Builds: small custom features and mini apps, wired into the site you already run. You name the problem. We ship the fix.

1
Problem per build. Solved properly.

Rebuilds. Your site stays.

Too small for a platform. Too specific for a plugin.

§ How we see it

Small software is finally worth it.

Our take

Everyone selling micro apps is talking to founders launching micro-SaaS, or to people happy to build their own in no-code. Nobody is talking to the business that has the problem and won't DIY it. The furniture brand that wants every finish on screen. The clinic that wants bookings in its real system. The service firm that wants a quote on the page, not in an email. That's who we build for. Bigger than a feature? That's AI-Native Development. AI running your operations, not your site? That's AI Solutions.

What it is
One small, custom feature on a site that's already live. Not a platform. Not a rebuild.
Who it's for
Any size of business with a problem no plugin quite solves.
Where it lives
On your Shopify or WooCommerce store, WordPress site or custom build.
What it isn't
An MVP. If you're testing a new business idea, start there instead.
The old options
Settle. Or go big.
  • Buy a pluginClose, never exact
  • Commission custom softwareQuoted as a project
  • Build it yourself in no-codeYour evenings
  • Drop the ideaMost common

This is where good ideas went to die. Small bespoke software cost too much to justify.

Now
A Micro-Build.
  • Built for your exact jobCustom
  • Inside the site you runNo rebuild
  • Done for you, end to endNo DIY
  • Scoped small, quoted upfrontFixed

AI-assisted building made it a fraction of the old cost. The specific problem is finally worth solving.

§ How we run it

Name it. Scope it. Ship it. Watch it.

Small on purpose. Tight enough to quote upfront. Clean enough to ship without touching what already works.

01
Name the one problem
The question visitors keep asking, the manual step your team repeats, the feature you've seen elsewhere and wanted. We pin it to one job and what "solved" looks like.
02
Scope it small, quote it fixed
We check your platform, your data and any system it needs to talk to — then agree a fixed scope and price. If it's really a bigger build, we'll say so here.
03
Build it into your site
Built with an AI-assisted team, tested on your real pages and devices — mobile first where your audience is — and released without touching what already works.
04
Measure, then the next one
We track whether it's used and what it changes. Once it earns its place, the next small build is usually obvious.
§ The services under Micro-Builds

Small tools, real business jobs.

The mini apps we build most. Each one stands alone — start with the one your customers would feel first.

§ Already live

Already out there.

Two of ours, running on client sites right now. Small. Specific. Used every day.

⊹ College Road · Shopify
Pick any colour — see the furniture render.

A colour & finish configurator on a Shopify product page: the visitor picks a shade and a Gemini-rendered preview appears on the fly. A feature no plugin sells, built as a small addition to an existing ecommerce store.

⊹ Sierra Allergy · Integration
The daily briefing that writes itself.

Live air quality, pollen and wildfire-smoke data pulled every morning, drafted into a patient briefing with AI and sent to Slack for approval before it publishes. One recurring problem, solved end to end.

§ What we keep in mind

Small. Never flimsy.

A small build still lives on a real site, in front of real customers. Same care as anything bigger.

One job, done well
Each build solves one specific problem. Scope creep is how small builds turn into big ones.
Don't break what works
It's added alongside your site — no re-platforming, no touching the checkout unless that's the job.
Light on the page
Built for how your audience actually visits — phone, place and connection — so the feature never slows the page it lives on.
You own it
Your code, your accounts, your data. Nothing proprietary that locks you to us.
Humans approve what matters
Anything that publishes or replies on your behalf gets a human sign-off step.
Honesty is the edge
If a plugin genuinely does the job, we'll tell you. If it's really a bigger build, we'll point you to custom software development.
§ Pairs well with

Small builds, big friends.

When the small build points to something bigger, these are where it hands off. New to the idea? Read our guide to Micro-Builds and mini apps.

§ Start a project

Name the small thing your site is missing.

Two sentences is enough. We'll tell you if it's a Micro-Build, what it takes, and what it costs — fixed. The first reply comes from a partner, not a form.
