§ 01 — Where they started

A practice the web couldn’t see.

Sierra came to us with a poor website and, in practical terms, no search visibility at all — they weren’t showing up on any page of results for the things patients were searching. Their Google Business Profile had no reviews. And the practice was getting hardly any new business from the web.

§ 02 — The idea

Not a doctor. A lifestyle engineer.

We didn’t position Sierra as just another clinic. We positioned them aslifestyle engineers — people who give you back the freedom to eat what you want and run through a field without fear of pollen or wheat. The whole story is about theoutcome, not the affliction.

Most allergy practices sell the pain. We sold the life you get back once it’s managed.

§ 03 — The design approach

Show the life, not the needle.

Most doctor websites lean on images of patients in pain — needles, blood-pressure cuffs, pills. We did the opposite. Sierra’s site leads with people living well: kids and families outdoors, someone running in a field, eating nuts, smiling, together — the ordinary things an allergy quietly takes away. We focused on what life looks like once allergies are managed and immunity is built — freedom, not fear.

Honest note

We never promise outcomes — allergy management is individual and nothing is guaranteed. The imagery shows what a managed life can look like, not a promise of results. And every word, post and ad is built HIPAA-compliant.

Local SEO across the whole valley.

Sierra’s patients come from the cities and the farms — so we built local SEO for Fresno, Merced and the surrounding Central Valley. We optimised theirGoogle Business Profile so they’re easy to find, and we earned the authority that visibility needs through link building and content.

Reviews were the missing trust signal, so we educated the client on why Google reviews matter and printed a QR code they now display in the clinic — a frictionless nudge that turns happy patients into public proof. And we lead with what makesDr Bashir different: a Stanford education and strong credentials — recently recognised as the Best Allergist in the Central Valley by a renowned magazine.

A plan for the whole year.

We didn’t plan content a month or a quarter at a time — we mapped the whole year. Seasonal content for the allergies that change with the calendar, and evergreen content for what’s true year-round. Then heavysegmentation: parents of kids with allergies, older patients, younger patients, pet owners — each with their own concerns.

For every segment we identified the pain points, the patient journey, and the real questions people ask — and answered them in blogs. Content that meets a worried parent or a farm worker exactly where they are, and brings them to a practice that can help.
